Tri-colored spiral pasta
Medley of cherry tomatoes – halved
Green bell pepper – diced
Red onion – diced
English cucumber – cut in half slices
Sliced black olives
Jar of hot yellow chili peppers
Medium cheddar cheese – cubed
Peppered salami – quarter slices
Ground black pepper
Zesty Italian dressing
Add un-cooked pasta to pot of salted boiling water. Cook until al-dente, rinse under cold water and drain.
In a bowl combine prepped tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, cucumber and olives. Open jar of chili peppers and drain juice over mixture in bowl. Mix and chill in fridge for 30 mins. After 30 mins drain juice from mix.
In a large bowl, add pasta, mixture of veg., salami, cheese, salad seasoning and italian dressing. Toss together.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Add Hot chili peppers to garish. Chill salad.
